Gordon Charles Webb is a Washington native and recognized by the American Society of Legal Advocates as one of the top 100 Litigation lawyers in the State of Washington. He is also one of the principal founding members of Seattle Maritime Attorneys and Webb Law Firm, a specialized firm with Washington offices located at Fishermen's Terminal in Seattle and Bellevue, and associate offices in Miami, Florida. Gordon is licensed to practice in both State and Federal Courts of Washington, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has been admitted to practice in Alaska, California and other courts pro hac vice. He holds a Master's Degree in Maritime Law from Tulane University Law School, where he was Tulane Maritime Law Journal member. He has represented hundreds of clients in maritime personal injury claims, wage claims, auto accident injury claims, contract disputes, product injury claims and other matters involving litigation, trials, arbitration and mediation of cases arising in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, the East Coast, the West Indies and the U.S. and British Islands and other interesting venues around the world.
Before law school, Gordon played amateur ice hockey, learned to fly single engine aircraft and worked as a commercial tuna fisherman. After returning to Seattle he studied at the renowned (Edison) Gomper's School of Boat Building and Design before launching Frontier Boat Corporation, where he directed the design and manufacturing of fishing boats for the Alaskan commercial fishing industry. After selling the company to a Danish corporation, Gordon decided to go to law school so he could help people.
Graduating from Tulane University Law School in 1993 with a Master's Degree in Admiralty and Maritime Law, Gordon hired on at the largest maritime-only law firm in the Pacific Northwest . Gordon's entrepreneurial spirit got the best of him, and two-and-half years later he founded Seattle Maritime Attorneys and Webb Law Firm where he represents people in maritime claims, personal injury, wage claims, marine contract disputes, auto accident claims and other matters involving litigation, trials, and mediation of cases arising in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, New York, Maine, Florida, the US and British Virgin Islands and other interesting venues around the world.
